fanfic progress report for dummies

writing?
I'm working on a Dean 
Castiel fan fiction. Hohoho! I haven't written fan fiction in years, and this project is way different from my old main one because it's not AU (so I need to research my *** off!). But... it's so much fun!
I have decided not to publish it yet, because I want to know that I will be able to do something good with it in a reasonable amount of time. I'd feel awful if I published and then uni ate me for a year or something. So I'm going to wait with publishing until I have a few more chapters done.
(...though, I suppose Kumagorochan would stab me to death in my sleep with my laptop if I gave up the fic now. Wouldn't you!

Nothing new. I do have sort of an idea, but I don't know if I'll be able to do something good with it yet. Research for the fan fic is stealing all my time!

Supernatural is the first fandom I've seriously gotten into since my old fan fiction writing (Naruto) days. I made this new account for my 'Temptation' creation because my old account (yaisu-no-mashiro) was so heavily Naruto focused and because so much time had passes since my last fandom active days.

old new guy
This account is newborn, but I keep/kept an older account as well. I'm an old Naruto ff-writer and also did some... semi-bad fanart back in the day. Mainly known for my fan fiction though (I hope, or it'd be infamous
) and did a pretty long runner called Almost Sucks. My baby! I finished it... four years ago or so? Should be accessible through the 'yaisu-no-mashiro' account below, if anyone is interested.

... as I am a writer mainly, I have been mentally working on a Supernatural fan fiction for a while now. It wouldn't be anywhere near as big a project as Almost Sucks and not written in the same way, but... it might be something! Would be a Dean and Castiel (
) fic. If it happens. It's just a mental planning process at the moment though, so we'll see where it ends up.

I actually have an older account, but it felt a bit outdated, so I got this, hehe. I'll post a more decent journal entry later, for now I'll just... err... be boring and write almost nothing.
